Meet Our Staff

Handsome was first brought to us from Gregory's Gift of Hope Rescue for health issues. The wonderful doctors and technicians at Shamrock Animal Hospital nursed him back to health and fell in love with him in the process! Handsome is roughly 5 years old but still acts like a kitten. He's made himself right at home here at the hospital–usually, visitors will find him lounging around the lobby welcoming all of our lovely clients and patients. Make sure you say hi to our sweet boy when you stop in! 

Marisa joined the SAH family in February of 2022 as one of our Veterinary Technicians. She graduated from the Minnesota School of Business with an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology. At home she has a 9 year old daughter named Claire and 4 dogs named Drogo, Callie, Abby, & Daryl. When she is not at the hospital she loves to paint, read, and cook, as well as going home renovations and interior design.

Brooke started working at SAH in January of 2021. She has 4 sweet cats: Luna, Lilly, Lucifer, and Simba. She graduated with a Bachelors of Biology Pre Vet from Minnesota State - Mankato. In her free time she likes to watch movies and spend time with friends. 

Paige is one our current Veterinary Assistants who started out as a technician assistant in November of 2020.  She has four pets at home, 2 cats named Fischer and Jaunny, and 2 dogs, a 6 year old Silver Lab named Tucker and a 3 year old English Springer Spaniel named Belle. 

Lauren started working at SAH in December 2020 and is currently one of our Veterinary Assistants. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls. She has three very spoiled pets at home: an 11-year-old Vizsla named Ellie Mae, and two 2-year-old cats named Shami & Milo. Milo often comes to work with Lauren so you may see him walking around the clinic!

Skylar started at Shamrock in April 2021 as a technician assistant.  He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Pre-Veterinary Animal Science in the winter of 2021. He likes to spend his free time with his wife, son, and his two dogs Champion & Gwendalynn.  Skylar also practices woodworking and likes to golf whenever he gets the chance. 

Amanda started working at SAH in January of 2021 as a Technician Assistant. She is currently working towards a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree. She enjoys spending time with her 3 dogs; Meeko, a 6-year-old long-hair chihuahua. Finley, a 5-year-old Corgi, and Nova, an 8 month old corgi. All in which often come to work with her at SAH. She also has a Blue Fronted Amazon parrot named Zeekers as well as a 1-year-old Hedgehog named Bernard at home. 

Carlie joined the SAH family in May of 2021 as a Technician Assistant and is now currently one of our Veterinary Assistants. 

Katelyn started at Shamrock Animal Hospital in April 2021 as a technician assistant. She is currently going to DCTC for the Certified Veterinary Technician program. Katelyn has a very spoiled 5-year-old German Shepherd named Ruby. In her free time, she spends her time outdoors, cooking, and spending time with loved ones.

Lindsey started working at Shamrock Animal Hospital in November of 2021. She graduated from the University of Minnesota in May of 2021 with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Human Physiology. Lindsey has two cats at home, named Dazzle and Sasha, and a goldfish named Lucky! In her free time, Lindsey enjoys reading, writing, and playing the flute!
